These terms are between your store and Ritvexa Innovations Private Limited ("we") for the use of Medzy.
Your responsibilities
- Hold valid drug licences and keep a registered pharmacist as the law requires; Medzy displays the details you enter but does not verify them.
- Keep prices, stock and medicine details accurate, and follow the rules on prescription medicines.
- Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Our responsibilities
We provide the service with reasonable care, keep your data separate from other stores' data, and take regular backups. The service is provided as is; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Fees and cancellation
Plans are billed yearly in advance. You can stop renewing at any time.
