Medzy is operated by Ritvexa Innovations Private Limited. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Stores using Medzy

We hold the names, email addresses and phone numbers of store owners and staff to run their accounts, and the store details they choose to publish (address, licence numbers, pharmacist details). Each store's records are kept separate from every other store's.

Customers of those stores

When a store enters a patient's or customer's name, mobile number or doctor's name on a bill, the store decides what is collected and is responsible for it; we process it only to provide the service to that store. On the public bill page reached from the bill's QR code, the patient's name is shown as initials only.
